Error: The Software Does Not Prompt to Print to PDF

To have the software configured to print directly to your printer

For the software 2008 and later:

1. On the Setup menu, click Printer Setup.

2. Select the Prompt for Tax Return PDF check box.

3. Click OK.

4. Close and reopen the software.

For the software 2006 – 2007:

1. On the Setup menu, click Printer Setup.

2. Click the Print Options Tab.

3. In the Batch Print on Ctrl-P box, click Prompt.

4. Close and reopen the software.
